The prices stated above apply to one month of rent for a single room or one place in a double room.
A fixed utilities fee of PLN 200 per person per month must be added to the rent. The fee covers: Internet, electricity, water, waste disposal, heating, and periodic cleaning of common areas. Utility fees remain fixed throughout the entire lease period, so you do not need to worry about any unexpected costs.
Lease periods for the 2026/2027 academic year
12-month lease: 30 September 2026 – 25 September 2027*
10-month lease: 30 Septemeber 2026 – 1 July 2027
The student residence has an annual technical break: 25 September to 30 September. This break does not apply to students extending their lease agreements.
Room standards vary depending on size, window layout, and floor.
Each room includes basic furnishings: a desk, chair, wardrobe, bed, and desk lamp.

About Stalowa 58 Student Residence:
Stalowa 58 Student Residence is a place where every young student can feel safe and comfortable. At this location, we offer approximately 50 rooms for rent. The residence is situated on a fenced property, and the walk to the metro station takes only 3 minutes.
Access to the building is secured with a code-protected entrance door. Residents have free access to washing machines.
Inside the building, there are six apartments with rooms available for rent. Each apartment has a separate kitchen and bathrooms. Each apartment includes three showers and three toilets.
In the kitchen, students have access to hobs, a kettle, a microwave, a refrigerator, and storage cabinets. In addition, each apartment is equipped with cleaning supplies, including brushes, mops and dustpans, as well as free-standing clothes dryers and ironing boards.
