Dormitory in Warsaw next to the Szwedzka Metro Station

Our largest dormitory is located right next to the Szwedzka Metro Station, making it an ideal spot for those who want quick access to the city center. It’s just two metro stops away from the University of Warsaw Library. This location offers a wide variety of rooms for rent.

Rent period: 11 months – 30.09.2025 – 30.08.2026 or 9 months 30.09.2025 – 30.06.2026

Stalowa 58 is a place where every young student can feel safe and comfortable. This dormitory features approximately 50 rooms for rent, situated on a fenced property just a 3-minute walk from the metro station. The building entrance is secured with a code-protected door, and tenants have free access to washing machines.

The building comprises six apartments with rooms for rent. Each apartment includes a separate kitchen and bathrooms, with 3 showers and 3 toilets per unit. The kitchens are equipped with stovetops, kettles, microwaves, refrigerators, and cabinets. Additionally, apartments provide cleaning supplies (brooms, mops, dustpans), freestanding drying racks, and ironing boards.

The prices listed are for one month of rent for a single room or one bed in a shared room. An additional fixed utility fee of 150 zł per person per month applies. Utilities include: internet, electricity, water, waste disposal, heating, and periodic cleaning of common areas.

Each room is equipped with basic furniture: a desk, chair, wardrobe, bed, and desk lamp.
